Seedland.com's facilities are located in a rural farming area at 9895 Adams Road - Wellborn Florida.  We are an online / internet company that specializes in lawn & garden store products along with a full line of professional quality lawn seeds and fertilizers.  We do allow customers to pick-up products from our Wellborn location.  You will need to call ahead to take advantage of this policy and to confirm availability (some products are NOT stocked locally).  We do NOT have a retail store as we are primarily an online company providing custom fulfillment services to the garden / lawn industry.

Farm Seeds:  A part of our business is specializing in pasture & forage seeds.  These seeds will be also be available from our retail location at farm wholesale pricing. www.farmseeds.com 

Our Florida warehouse carries many of the items that are shown for sale online.  Most items not stocked can be ordered and shipped within a 48 hour delivery period (weekdays).  Pricing is usually the same both in our web store and retail outlet.  In addition our retail store stocks unique items that are not sold online.    

We are NOT the typical lawn and garden store.  Seedland.com is primarily an e-commerce / warehouse company with a strong background in turfgrass seeds for lawns.  At this time we do not sell live plants (other than grass plugs).  Listed below is a short list of the type of items sold:
