(1) Create an
account
at our Seedland store web site.

(2) Fax to Seedland proof of wholesale / commercial
status. Read list of Qualifying
wholesale companies. (Fax Letterhead, Sales or Tax License or
business card to 386-963-2079.)

(3) Once your wholesale / commercial status is
approved, we will activate your account to access and view
wholesale prices on seeds online. You will be notified by email
of the activation. This usually occurs within 72 hours
of receipt of your fax information.
NOTE: Seedland does NOT offer Dealer OR
Distributor Pricing.
We only offer a commercial discount.
If you have a retail store selling the type of products
found on Seedland's websites you should contact the manufacturer for
a list of distributors who sell to stores. The pricing wholesale
offered by the manufacture / distributors to retail stores will
generally be more discounted (based on volume) than what the
discount is that Seedland offers to our commercial customers. -- We
only offer a discount commercial price (not actual wholesale) -

Wholesale prices APPLY
to all turf grass seed
products, some hardware items, farm & wildlife seeds and other
listed merchandise on the Seedland.com lawn store.
PRODUCTS EXCLUDED
- Items sold at retail price only are fertilizers, lawn plugs and
wild game feeders. No wholesale prices are available for these
items. Call for volume pricing on fertilizers. All volume 5% and 10% discounts do NOT apply to
wholesale pricing (see below)
VOLUME DISCOUNTS: Volume discounts on individual
items listed online are available ONLY for our
retail customers. An example of a volume discount would be:
"PURCHASE 10 or MORE AND SAVE 10%". -- Contact
Seedland for quotes on large quantities.

DISCOUNTS!
Seedland can often quote even lower prices on orders above 1000-2000
lbs. Contact us for special quotes on seeds and large
quantities. We can also provide LTL freight quotes
for cheaper shipping methods
on quantities over 500 lbs.
NOTE - ORDERS PLACED ONLINE are billed
& shipped via UPS.
NOTE:
We reserve the right to cancel any orders for products or seeds in which either the
items are no longer available or discontinued. On items in which the
pricing was listed incorrectly online due to an error in pricing correctly, we will
contact you with the corrected price. For our retail customers we
will offer you the wholesale price for that particular item,
however pricing errors will NOT be honored at the incorrect
"error" price. Sales are not completed & accepted until
payment is received or processed.
For added
security, we do NOT process credit card orders live
online. Your order is first reviewed by a sales specialist
for any changes, questions or corrections. After review your
order is then processed securely and items are scheduled for
shipment. On orders in excess of $1000.00 we reserve the right
to require additional proof of card ownership. Orders overseas
are NOT processed by credit card.

We also receive contacts daily from
interested buyers on a Global basis at our Seedexport.com
website. These individuals and companies are willing buyers of products that your
company may export. If your company has an export department, contact seeds@globalseeds.com
and we will add your name to our list of international seed suppliers with export capability.

Seedland.com will then contact you along with
various other USA suppliers when we receive
quote requests for products/seeds needed by our overseas
customers. Our GlobalSeeds division charges a flat 3% brokerage fee to
the seller of any products exported or imported in which we
arrange the sales agreement. There is NO charge to buyers who inquire at our
Seedexport.com web site and
may use our brokerage service.
