SEED RETURNS (Within 60 Days
of Purchase)
Seedland will issue a refunds ONLY on seeds returned in
un-opened bags or containers. A 10% re-stocking fee will
apply to all returns and will be deducted from your
refund. No refund will be issued on shipping
charges for returned products.
The seeds must be
returned within 60 days of the date the original order was shipped.
Seeds are "live" organisms and are constantly aging
and eventually dieing. For best results they should be
planted within a short time
period. We cannot issue credit for seeds kept and
returned beyond the 60 day refund period. You will be credited
only for the original cost of the seeds. Customer is responsible for return
shipping charges of any item they wish to return for
credit under the above terms. You will NOT be refunded
for the original shipping charge.
SEED RETURNS (After 60
Days - NO RETURNS)
Seedland will issue a refunds ONLY on seeds returned prior
to 60 days from purchase date. Any returns after 60 days from date of
shipment will NOT be refunded. Due to the "live"
nature of seeds we cannot issue credit for seeds after
this period. - We highly recommend that you only
purchase seeds that you will use and plant within 60
days of purchase.
PLANT RETURNS - No refunds
allowed
On both the Groundcover Plants and our Lawn Plugs, we do
NOT accept returns. Please make sure you wish to
plant the items ordered before completing your online
purchase. Our Plugs and Groundcover plants are
VERY high quality. Because of this we have very
few instances of any kind of problems during shipment.
Should this occur, notify Seedland immediately and we
will resolve to your satisfaction. Plants MUST be
removed from boxes and watered as needed to insure
survival of these living items - In most cases they
should be planted within one week of receipt. Failure to do this
will void any recourse on problems with your plants.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS OR
EXCHANGES
Including Earthway & Spyker Spreaders.
We allow return of merchandise (other than seeds / plants)
up to 90 days after purchase as long as the product is
returned in it's original package and has NOT been
removed or assembled for use. On products that are in sealed
packages, the package seal must be unbroken. A 10%
Restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise and
will be deducted from your refund. The customer is
responsible for return shipping charges of any item they
wish to return for credit under the above terms.
You will NOT be refunded for the original shipping
charge.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
On defective product issues or products that have missing
parts or other issues, see our warranty pages for more
info. In most cases you should contact the
manufacturer direct who can provide replacement parts or
assistance in correcting a problem. Should you
experience problems with seeds, please read our
policy here and contact Seedland immediately.
We cannot be responsible for seed & germination related
issues that are not reported to Seedland within 90 days
of the shipment date of your seeds. |
