Mossy Oak BioLogic is proud to announce the release of Hot Spot, a new product
designed solely for those hunters who want to create a secret “hot spot” to hunt
and also understand the value of a well-balanced food plot but don’t have the time
to continuously maintain one.
It doesn't take much hunting pressure to deter mature bucks from using standard
food plots during daylight hours. Hot Spot creates the perfect “hidey hole” that
mature bucks are likely to use during daylight hours. You can be assured that the
hunting pressure is limited since only you and the local mature bucks know where
the Hot Spot plot is!
Hot Spot contains carefully blended cultivars that have been meticulously researched
by Dr. Grant Woods, wildlife biologist for Mossy Oak BioLogic. These cultivars have
been developed to be extremely palatable from germination through about 45 days.

How to Plant:
Hot Spot will germinate anywhere the seed can be raked into the soil
and receive at least 1/2 day of sunlight and adequate moisture. It is designed
to cover a 3,600 square foot area. Simply use a rake, leaf blower, etc. to
expose the soil. For best results, apply one 40 lb. bag of pHFERTILIZER
(fast-acting lime causes rapid plant growth) or a regular bag of 10-10-10 to the
area to be planted. Use the specially designed Hot Spot shaker bag to evenly
broadcast the seeds. Rake the area to ensure seed to soil contact (or if
possible, plant just before a rain). Hot Spot will germinate in approximately
one week, depending on soil moisture and temperature
When to Plant:
Bio Spot is formulated to germinate quickly, usually within one week of
planting, and will remain extremely palatable for approximately 45 days. Plant
in the early fall.
